Improving integrative mental healthcare for persons with multiple chronic illnesses through interprofessional collaborative practice and education.

In these interactive modules you’ll not only gain a better understanding of integrative mental healthcare and interprofessional collaborative practice but you’ll also see how these approaches work together at two different organizations, Touchstone Mental Health and Wilder Foundation’s Children’s Mental Health Services. Through the use of case stories and the insights of many actual providers, you’ll experience how putting the client at the center of the team, considering the whole person, and collaboration among all team members improves care.
